You and your RMT will discuss your specific needs at the beginning of your treatment. The massage may be geared towards relaxation or may have a deeper focus on specific areas of tension. Massage therapy helps to release tension, improve mobility, increase blood circulation and bring balance to the body as a whole.
Reiki: Reiki is deeply relaxing which reduces stress and anxiety and improves vital functions, such as breathing, digesting and sleeping. A sequence of hand positions that are lightly placed on the client and allows energy to flow in order to decrease energy blocks in the body. You may add Reiki to any duration of Massage Therapy.
