Property and Cancellation Policies :
For individual cabin bookings, we are happy to offer a full refund providing cancellations are made by 3 p.m. EST fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is not made in accordance with our policy, you will be charged in full for your original booking.
For bookings for all 3 cabins, we are happy to offer a full refund providing cancellations are made by 3 p.m. EST thirty (30) days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is not made in accordance with our policy, you will be charged in full for your original booking.
For private retreats, private events, weddings and large gatherings, please note that there is a 20% booking fee due upon booking to hold your dates. The remaining balance total is due by 3 pm EST forty-five ($%) days prior to your arrival. The initial 20% booking fee is only refundable if cancellations are made by 3 p.m. EST forty five (45) days prior to your arrival. If a cancellation is not made in accordance with our policy, you will be charged in full for your original booking.
The refund process depends on the product or service purchased. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
Inspire Beach Resort and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
